Comfortable Stay with Minor Drawbacks
Although check-in was automated, it was efficient. The spacious bathroom offered a good surprise, well-stocked with toiletries. For future guests, consider exploring local dining options as food delivery can be pricey. A functional stay with decent amenities should you look beyond breakfast.

I stayed in new-fashioned, fashionable room with lovely views, separate bathroom and additional shower cubicle. This hotel was set in a central area just next door to very good restaurants, a shop, takeaways and bakery and a pub.

fine countryside views, engaging communal dining experience, convenient self-catering facilities
Rooms are cramped with limited storage space!!! No in-room fridge for personal items or beverages!!! Sound insulation is poor!!! Automated check-in lacks the warmth expected from a B&B experience!!!

The room I stayed in was nice and clean with a cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the comfortable bed, made a big difference after a long day. The location offered some lovely countryside views. Check-in was automated but efficient. The process worked well and made it easy to access my room. There were a few hiccups. The room was a bit cold at night, hard to sleep comfortably. I didn't receive the email with the door lock codes, but the owner was there to assist, so it wasn't a major problem. The shared kitchen facilities were quite limited, which could be difficult wanting to prepare their own meals.

Stayed in this property for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed our choice. Clean and the staff was supper friendly and affable. They gave us a double room with lovely bathroom. Besides, the location was absolutely perfect for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Templemore Sports Complex. There was a GOOD restaurant, a bakery and shops next door.
